PILOT TERMS

Participation

Graduate is available to people aged 18 or older. Joining the pilot does not guarantee access to research opportunities, eligibility for any specific study, or a particular amount of rewards.

Research and rewards

Individual research providers determine eligibility and validate completion. A reward may be pending, rejected, adjusted, or delayed where a provider cannot validate it or detects invalid participation. Graduate will never ask you to pay to access a study or withdraw a reward.

Fair participation

Use one account, provide honest information, and do not use automation, location masking, or attempts to manipulate eligibility. We may pause or close an account where there is a reasonable fraud or quality concern, with a way to contact support.

Payouts

Reward methods, thresholds, timing, and available countries will be shown before a request is placed. Payouts will only be launched after research revenue is validated and the pilot’s payout provider is operational.
