Last updated: 26 July 2026. This is the pilot privacy notice for Graduate, a Sawberries project. It must be reviewed by a qualified privacy professional before public launch.

What Graduate collects

For the pilot list, Graduate collects your name, email address, country, and confirmation that you are over 18. When the participant platform is enabled, it may also keep a participant identifier, consent record, reward status, fraud-prevention events, and support requests.

Why we use it

We use this information to contact you about suitable pilot opportunities, operate your participant record, prevent duplicate or abusive registrations, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your contact details.

Research partners

Some opportunities are supplied by independent research networks. Before you enter a third-party survey, we will tell you that you are leaving Graduate or interacting with that provider. Their privacy terms apply to their survey and eligibility process.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing codexgit@sawberry.com. Certain records may need to be retained where required to resolve fraud, payment, or legal issues.

Before launch

The live version must name the legal entity, controller contact details, data processors, retention periods, international-transfer safeguards, and the applicable supervisory authority.
